Derrumbes takes us on a journey of flavor through the heart of Mexico. Being the most biodiverse appellation of origin in the world, every mezcal producing region offers its own unique stamp.

 

They offer an expression from each climate and terroir, showcasing the diversity of agave species and production techniques that forms this magnificent ancestral spirit.

 

Each bottle of Derrumbes represents a single state and each was chosen to highlight the traditions and the terroir where it was made, creating an enchanting experience of variety and taste.

MICHOACÁN

Agave type: Inaequidens, Cupreata

ABV: 44.6%

Derrumbes Michoacan is made with wild maguey Cupreata, which expresses mature fruit aromas, and wild maguey Alto, which possesses herbal notes.

Agave type: Angustifolia, Potatorum

ABV: 48%

Bottle size: 75cl

Oaxaca is cooked in an underground stone pit using black oak to give a light smokiness, which complements the maguey Espadin. Resulting in a round, full body mezcal with a blend of minerality and delicate fruitiness.

ABV: 43.5%

Derrumbes San Luis Potosi is made from the region’s wild agave Salmiana, giving it a unique, vibrant flavor of fresh green pepper and flowers not found in other mezcal.

TAMAULIPAS

Agave type: Americana, Funkiana, Univittata

ABV: 47.12%

Bottle size: 75cl

Tamaulipas endemic Funkiana and Univittata, together with Americana. The result is a high-energy spirit that feels sweet, dry and rich with multiple layers of flavor and aroma.

SAN LUIS POTOSÍ
